Education, experience and progression matter too.

Academic Standards

Coursework and home study form part of the programme. Academic progress and football participation are expected to work together, not compete with one another.

Work Experience

The Level 3 model includes practical experience and work-related learning within sport, helping players build confidence and employability.

Progression

Potential routes include university, US scholarships, coaching, fitness qualifications, apprenticeships and wider careers across sport.

Fees & Equipment

Final costs are being confirmed.

Newbury College states that most 16–18 learners on a full-time study programme do not pay tuition fees, subject to eligibility. Additional costs such as training/match kit, equipment, travel or programme-specific items may apply.

Prestbury-specific kit, travel and programme costs will be published before formal applications open.
