OUR ACADEMY
Creating the most challenging and caring girls football academy in the region.
The Prestbury Way
Our Academy aims to provide the best facilities, the best coaching and the best environment in the county. We create a challenging but caring environment where Prestbury coaches look to bring out the best in every player and support their personal development.
Player Focused :
Coach Delivered
The development of each individual person and player sits at the centre of everything we do: our Academy is Player Focused and Coach Delivered.
This means we continue to develop and evolve players by age and position. We provide individual and team coaching curriculums that ensure our players constantly develop in all our Pillars.
Every player matters and we do everything we can to enable each individual to thrive as a Strong Young Warrior.

Every Player Matters
Our Development Pillars
We develop players holistically across four key areas
Champion Mentality
Football Leadership
Developing mental resilience, leadership qualities and the winning mindset required at the highest level.
Most Efficient Mover
Football Fitness
Building physical capabilities through age-appropriate strength, conditioning and movement training.
Lifelong Learner
Football Knowledge
Fostering curiosity and understanding of the game, tactics and personal development.
Effective Team Player
Football Performance
Understanding roles, responsibilities and how to contribute to team success on and off the pitch.
Coaching Excellence
Quantity and Quality
We have multiple coaches in every age group providing an outstanding coach-to-player ratio which improves focus on position specifics as well as individual technical development.
Style of Play
We have absolute clarity in how we develop our players concerning our style of play and how we develop individuals and teams to play the Prestbury Way. With a big focus on individual player development, we aim for every single player to 'master the ball'.
Individual Development Plans
Each player receives an Individual Development Plan (IDP) using a multi-disciplinary approach that ensures a holistic approach to their specific needs and goals.

Our Goal
To provide the right games, right training and the right opportunities for all players to develop and thrive.
